of 9 years of service the benefit of first selection scale was not granted to him thereafter the State of Rajasthan issued an order on 25.01.1992 for extending the benefit of selection scale to all the employees working in the State of Rajasthan and on the basis of the same calculating the 18 years of service of the respondents, the benefit of second selection scale was granted to him w.ef. 25.01.1994.
