following prayer:-
"(a) that petitioner be given equal pay for equal work w.e.f. 1.7.1976 on the principle of Article 39 of the Constitution of India and his pay be ordered to be fixed in different pay revisions accordingly. (b) That petitioner may be allowed to be fixed in Scale No. 6 w.e.f. 01.07.1976 i.e. from the date of promotion on the post of Machinemen, with similarly situated Machineman in Agriculture, Medical College and Techincal Education Departments of Government of Rajasthan keeping the principle of equal pay for equal work, in view. (c) That alternatively petitioner be ordered to be fixed in Scale No.7 w.e.f. 1.9.1981, which was prescribed for the post of Machineman in the pay revisino of 1981, in Ayurved Department and subsequent fixations be done in conforaity with the scale No.7 if there arises any difficulty in the interpretition of rules and relief claimed at (b) above, shall be conceded. (d) That petitioner be awarded the cost of writ petition.
(e) That any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deem fit, deem fit, may also be granted to the petitioner."
