This petition is pending before this Court since 2000. On 16.08.2023 the counsel for the petitioner pleaded no instructions on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, this Court issued Court notices to the petitioner to engage some other counsel. In pursuance of the said order passed by this Court notices were issued to the petitioner but the same has been received with the report o process server that the petitioner is not residing at the address mentioned in the memo of writ petition.
It appears that the petitioner is no interested in prosecuting this matter.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to submit application for revival of this petition in case he feels that any cause of action / grievance still survives.
