At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh application before the respondents for granting subsidized loan for his project of Brick Kiln under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme and the respondents may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner.

This Court, deems it appropriate to give the petitioner liberty to file fresh application before the respondents ventilating his grievance before respondent No.3-The Director, Khadi and Village Industries Commission and the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner strictly in accordance

with law by way of passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
