Mr. M.S. Singhvi, learned Advocate General has submitted that this Court in DB Civil Writ Petition No.2659/2021 decided on 18.03.2021 has already taken a view that if the petitioners are having separate cause of action, a joint writ petition is not liable to be entertained on behalf of all the petitioners. It is further submitted that this Court while dismissing the aforesaid writ petition has granted opportunity to the petitioners to file fresh writ petition individually.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after taking into consideration of the fact that all the petitioners are having separate cause of action, we are not inclined to entertain this joint writ petition preferred by them.
Resultantly, this writ petition is dismissed.
However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh writ petition individually, if so advised.
