“It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition with limited prayer to directed the respondents for departmental inquiry of respondent no. 4 as per law, and department to punish the concern officer for the act beyond of law.

Any other which this Honourable Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner;”

In my considered view, the relief claimed by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be allowed to him, therefore, no case is made out for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.

¶25

However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievances against the respondent No.4 before the Departmental Authorities.
