Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 06.02.2008 by which the application filed by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC seeking amendment in the plaint has been rejected.
Before proceeding further with the matter, this Court sought the report about the status of the suit pending before the trial Court.
In pursuance of the above, the case data enquired on E-Courts website indicates that the suit itself has been decided on 26.08.2022.
