not join, therefore, the name of petitioner was picked from the reserve list along with other candidates and vide order dated 18.02.2021 (Ann.2), petitioner was offered appointment to the post of Nurse Gr. II; In the order dated 18.02.2021, the name of petitioner finds place at Serial No.346; As per the order dated 18.02.2021, petitioner was required to join on or before 01.03.2021; In the order dated 18.02.2021, a specific condition is indicted to the effect that in case, candidate(s) would not join to the concerned District which has been allotted to them by 01.03.2021, their appointment shall be cancelled automatically. 3. It has not been disputed by the petitioner that she did not join on the post pursuant to her offer of appointment dated 18.02.2021, before the cut off date i.e. 01.03.2021, however, petitioner moved application on 05.10.2021 as also on 20.10.2021, for allowing to join her on the post of Nurse Gr. II pursuant to offer of appointment dated 18.02.2021. The application of petitioner has been rejected by respondent No.2 vide order dated 09.12.2021 (Ann.6) for the reason stated hereinabove. Hence the instant writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner could not come to know about offer of appointment dated 18.02.2021 as the same was uploaded on the website of respondents, but not served upon the petitioner in person. He submits that during that time, the State was passing through the stage of Pandemic Covid19 and due to which petitioner could not come to know about her appointment order. He prays that in case vacancies against the present recruitment is available, the candidature of petitioner may be directed to be considered for appointment.
