The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs :-

"(i)the impugned transfer order dated 31.12.2020 (Ann.2) passed by the respondent No.2 may kindly be quashed and set aside.

(ii) the respondents may kindly be directed to keep continue the petitioner at PHC Loharwa block Dhorimanna, District Barmer.”

The interim order against the impugned order dated 31.12.2020 is operating since 07.01.2021.

Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that interim order granted against the order dated 31.12.2020 be made absolute and the respondents may be given liberty to pass fresh order in administrative exigency in case required.

On such submission, the present petition is disposed of while making the interim order dated 07.01.2021 passed by this Court staying the effect and operation of the order dated 31.12.2020 as absolute. It is made clear that the respondents shall be at liberty to pass fresh order and transfer the petitioner, in accordance with law, obviously, if administrative exigency so warrants.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
