At the outset, Mr. Akhilesh Rajpurohit, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been debarred for using unfair means vide order dated 10.03.2023, and thus, no relief can be granted in the instant petition. The order dated 10.03.2023 is taken on record.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge such order, if so desired. All pending applications stand disposed of.
