Learned counsel for both parties do not dispute that cause of action to file these writ petitions has arisen on account of issuing the advertisement dated 15.12.2022 for the post of Woman Health Worker/Assistant Radiographer/Lab Technician by the State Health and Family Welfare Institution, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Petitioners have

raised grievance in respect of allowing to submit Offline application form; to issue experience certificate feeling aggrieved by non-registration with the Rajasthan Para Medical Council and to claim the qualification as equivalent for the post in question etc.

Learned counsel for both parties are ad idem that since the advertisement dated 15.12.2022 itself has been cancelled, therefore, the basic cause of action to file instant writ petitions do not survive, accordingly, all writ petitions have become infructuous. However, it has been pointed out that since the grievance raised by petitioners in these writ petitions have not been dealt with on merits, therefore, petitioners be given liberty to raise their grievance in future, as and when either fresh vacancies notified or a fresh cause of action arises.

Learned counsel for respondents have no objection in that respect.

Accordingly, all writ petitions arising out of advertisement dated 15.12.2022 are dismissed as having become infructuous. However, as far as grievance of petitioners in respect of nonregistration with the Rajasthan Para Medical Council/treating their educational qualification as eligible for the post in question/entitlement of bonus marks for the experience etc. are concerned, petitioners would be at liberty to file fresh writ petitions, as and when need arises to ventilate their grievances. 5. Stay applications and any other pending application, if any, stand disposed of. 6. A copy of this order be placed in each file.
