Neither anyone appears nor any steps have been taken to serve the unserved respondents, despite the fact that the petition was filed way back in the year 2013. It has been more than 10 years and it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition any more.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
