At the outset it has been brought into the notice of this Court that the controversy involved in this petition has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs. Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors. reported in 2020 (1) WLC 255 and the same was followed subsequently in the case of Jugal Kishor Gurjar vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SB Civil Writ Petition No.5853/2022).
Since the controversy involved in this petition has already been set at rest by the Division Bench of this Court in the

case of Revant Ram Meghwal (supra), this Court is afraid to take a
different view, hence this petition is dismissed.
