Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:
“(i) By an appropriate writ, direction, or order the respondents be kindly directed to make appointment of the petitioner on the post of Teacher Grade-III since she belongs to Scheduled Caste and possesses the requisite qualification for the said post and that she has qualified the Bridge Course Examination against the posts which are still lying vacant according to Annexure-5, and her appointment be treated to be effective from the date other candidate were given appointments, with all consequential benefits.
(ii) That any other appropriate relief to which the petitioner is found entitled be also granted.
(iii) That the writ petition be kindly allowed with costs.”

Contents of the petition indicates that the selection to the post of Teacher Gr.III is under challenge in this petition pursuant to the advertisement dated 15.06.1998.
The entire selection process has already been completed long back and no vacancy is lying vacant.
Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this belated stage, hence this petition stands dismissed.
