This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
“ It is, therefore, humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to call for the entire record of the case and accept this writ petition by an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof,
(I) the entire examination process be cancelled and be conducted afresh with fair and genuine conditions and further the officials of respondent university those have committed the alleged mistakes may be prosecuted for their alleged act under Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
(ii) the respondent-State be directed to immediately set up a high power committee headed by retired Judge of Hon’ble High Court to find out the guilty

and simultaneously a committee of specialists be constituted for the purpose to give recommendations in regard to process of examination and evaluation of students for the post graduation courses in Medical/Dental Course in a clean and transparent manner. (iii) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioners.”
I have gone through the prayer made in this writ petition.
In my considered view, by efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
