By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the e- tender process issued by the respondents on 22.09.2021.
The e-tender in question relates to the financial year 20212022, therefore, in my considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
