This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:
“i) by an appropriate order or direction, the impugned order dated 11.02.2020 (Annex.2) may kindly be declared illegal and be quashed and set aside.
ii) Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon’ble Court considers just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
iii) Cost of the writ may be awarded to the petitioner.”
Learned counsel for the parties fairly submit that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court in Subhash Chandra Vs.
