Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State fairly submits that the controversy is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court at Jaipur Bench in Suman Jat & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors (SBCWP No.15115/2018) decided on 18.02.2020 alongwith the connected matters.
In light of such submission, the present writ petition as well as stay petition also dismissed in terms of the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in Suman Jat (Supra).
