Neither the defect(s) have been removed by the petitioner nor the counsel for the petitioner is present in the court to argue the matter.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
“It is therefore prayed that your lordships will be pleased to accept this writ petition and after examining the same and by an appropriate writ, order or direction: (i) by an appropriate, writ, order or direction to quash and set aside the temporary tender information no:- 19/202122 dtd 07.041.2020 regarding the column no:-5 ii) by an appropriate, writ, order or direction to quash and set aside direct the

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the
temporary tender information dated 07.01.2020.
In my considered view, by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed.
