Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners against the impugned order dated 22.08.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Ramganj Mandi, Kota by which the application filed by the petitioners under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been rejected.

Admittedly, the aforesaid order is reviseable under Section 115 CPC. The petitioners are at liberty to assail the aforesaid order by way of filing the revision petition under Section 115 CPC. 3. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to file a revision petition.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order and vakalatnama to counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photocopies of the same for the purpose of record.

The petitioners are at liberty to move an application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
