The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

“(i) the learned Divisional Bench of Revenue Board, Ajmer may kindly be directed for expeditious disposal for the review application no.2023/369 titled as Ajit Singh Vs Executive Engineer, PWD and others in the interest of justice.

(ii) any other appropriate order, which may be found just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in favour of the petitioners.”

By way of filing this petition, a limited prayer has been made by the petitioner for issuing directions to the Board of Revenue to expedite hearing of the review petition filed by the petitioner.

Contents of the petition indicates that against the order dated 04.11.2022 passed by the Revenue Board. The petitioner has filed a review petition and the same is pending for adjudication since last one year.

Keeping the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the matter, instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the Board to decide the review petition expeditiously as early as possible.
