Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present writ petition has been preferred for the following

relief:-

“i) The respondent’s directed to process the application of the petitioner to establish Medical and Health Science College for General Nursing Medical Course and conduct inspection of the petitionerinstitution.

ii) The respondents directed to grant permission of the petitioner’s institution”.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not inspecting the college of the petitioner for grant of permission to establish Medical and health Science College of General Nursing Medical Course.

Be that as it may, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner institution to file an application seeking permission for establishing Medical and health Science college of GNM Course for conducting the aforementioned course within a period of three weeks from today.

In case such application is filed by the petitioner institution, it is expected that the respondents shall consider and decide the same and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of the application after conducting necessary inspection, subject to the condition that the petitioner institution has completed all the other requisite formalities.

Ordered accordingly.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
