This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer to issue directions to the Rajasthan NonGovernment Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur (hrereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) to finally dispose the original application No.85/2011, expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an original application before the Tribunal to issue direction to the respondents to allow her to join duties because after appointment of administration with the respondent

institution, the petitioner has already withdrew his resignation before acceptance. He further submits that the original application is pending before the Tribunal since 2011 and the petitioner is facing great financial hardship because of not allowing the petitioner to join the services.

Taking into consideration the long pendency of the application before the Tribunal and the claims raised by the petitioner before the Tribunal, this Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the directions are issued to the Tribunal to dispose of the original application expeditiously.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Tribunal to dispose of the original application No.85/2011 expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from production of certified copy of this order.

Since, the main petition has been disposed of, stay application and pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed of.
