Accordingly, by mutual consent, present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment in the case of Chandra Ram (supra). Petitioner is granted liberty to file fresh representation.

The respondents are directed to do the needful within a period of two months of receiving copy of the instant order. The respondents would, however, be free to examine the veracity of the submissions made in the representation and only in case, the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioner would be entitiled to the relief.
