(i) The petitioner would file an application to the respondent no. 2 for receipt of the copy of the inquiry report within a period of 7 days from now alongwith the copy of the present order;
(ii) Respondent no. 2 shall supply a copy of the inquiry report as mentioned in the communication dated 03.11.2023 to the petitioner within a period of 10 days from the date of the application being preferred by the petitioner;
(iii) The time for filing the response to the notice dated 03.11.2023 shall stand extended for a period of 15 days from the date when the copy of the inquiry report is supplied to the petitioner.
