He further submits that in terms of Clause 6 of the notification dated 14.09.2023, the security amount as deposited by the petitioner shall stand forfeited as she has not joined qua/on her allotted seat and further that the petitioner shall not be entitled to participate in the further rounds of counselling, if any.
The original documents be returned to the petitioner by tomorrow; the bankers cheque of Rs.1,25,000/- as deposited by the petitioner in terms of the surety bond be returned to her along with the said documents. Further, the security amount of Rs.25,000/- shall stand forfeited.
