Submissions have been made that though the respondents have made payment of amount under certain heads to the petitioner, however, the entire amount as claimed by the petitioner has not been paid and the basis for payment of amount claimed by the petitioner/denied to the petitioner, has not been disclosed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondents by way of filing a detailed representation and the respondents, in turn, may be directed to decide the same expeditiously while taking into consideration the contents of the representation, to be submitted by the petitioner.

In view of submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. The petitioner may file a detailed representation indicating all the aspects as sought to be projected in the present writ petition, within a period of two weeks.

On filing of such representation, the same shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date the representation is submitted by the petitioner. The respondents are directed to disclose the method and formula, which was applied by them while making calculation of retiral benefits released/granted in favour of the petitioner.
