The present contempt petition is pending since, 2021. Nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 12.07.2023 and 16.10.2023. Even today nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to contest the present contempt petition. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the present contempt petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
