Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition has been decided in Rajat Yadav Vs. Rajasthan High Court & Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7564/2023 on 18.09.2023 by this Court and that the same has been followed by this Court at Principal Seat at Jodhpur in Bhumkia Vs. Rajasthan High Court & Anr. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17707/2023 and other connected matters decided on 20.11.2023, wherein, following the order in the case of Rajat Yadav ( supra ), the petitions were disposed of in terms of the order passed in the said case and, therefore, the present petition be also disposed of with similar directions.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not dispute the above submissions.

In view of the submissions made, following the orders passed in the case of Rajat Yadav ( supra ) and Bhumkia ( supra ), the present petitions are also disposed of in terms of order passed in Rajat Yadav ( supra ).
