The present writ petition has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:-

“By an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature therein thereby quashed and set aside the office order dated 23.09.2021 along with list of candidates qua the petitioner and respondents may kindly be directed to allowed to petitioner to perform

her duty in her present posting place or posted to petitioner in any one vacant post of nearby school of her present posting place as Teacher Grade-III, Level-II, subject English on account of the petitioner completed 3 years services in secondary set-up, therefore, the petitioner entitle to serving her services in secondary set up in the larger interest of justice.”

Ordinarily transfer ought not be challenged unless some grave violation of law or policy is made.

In the present case, there is no apparent reason, which could entitle the petitioner for indulgence in the Office order dated 23.09.2021.

Thus, the present writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move representation to the respondents.
