The report furnished by learned DSG is taken on record. In light of the aforesaid submission of the DSG, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to unfreeze the account No. account No.055505006037 subject to the final investigation by the C.B.I.
However, the authorized representative of the petitioner shall be entitled to raise any other issues, if arises.
All pending applications also stand disposed of.
