Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit and allow this writ petition, call for and examine entire record of the case and
a) By an appropriate writ order and direction the order dated 24.5.2010 may kindly be quashed and set aside and the respondents may be directed to appoint the petitioners substantively on the permanent post of Prabodhak in regular pay scale in Alwar District. The appointment may be effected in all respect since the date of appointment of person lower in merit with all consequential benefits.
b) By an appropriate writ, order and direction the respondents may be restrained not to appoint any person as Prabodhak without appointing the petitioners as Prabodhak against the vacancies lying vacant and are likely to vacant or created in future for any reason.
C) Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, be also passed in favour of the petitioners.”
Contents of the petition indicates that the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents for appointing him on the post of Prabodhak pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondents in the year 2008.

At the outset, it has been observed by this Court that all vacancies arising out of the advertisement in question have been filled long back and no posts are lying vacant, hence at this belated stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. Stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
