Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition the petitioner has expired. Counsel submits that inspite of making several communications with the family members of the petitioner, they have not contacted him to file application for substitution.
Looking to the statement of the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as abated.
However, a liberty is granted to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to move an application for revival of this petition, in case they feel that any cause of action still survives to continue this petition.
