A letter No.334/2021 has been received from the Rent Tribunal No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan-I for extension of time for disposal of the original application No.832/2013 pending before the Rent Tribunal.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue directions to the Rent Tribunal to decide the original rent application expeditiously.
This Court vide order dated 18.01.2019 directed to the Tribunal to decide the original application finally as expeditiously as possible preferably within eleven months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and the letter dated 19.04.2021, Rent Tribunal has prayed for extension of time for disposal of original Rent Application.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 19.04.2021, the Rent Tribunal is allowed further three months’ time to decide the original application, if not decided, so far.
