Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the representation to be made by the petitioners in light of order passed in the case of Bhawani Singh v. State of Raj. & Ors. : SBCW No. 6447/2019, decided on 15.01.2021 .

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide the representation to be made by the petitioners preferably within a period of six weeks from the date the representation is made by the petitioners by way of a speaking order.

The order has been passed based on the submissions made in the petition, the respondents would be free to examine the veracity of the submissions made in the petition and only in case, the averments made therein are found to be correct, the petitioners would be entitled to the relief.
