Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy; however, he prays that the period during which the present petition remained pending before this Hon'ble Court, may be excluded, for the purpose of computation of the limitation period, so as to enable the petitioner to effectively avail the remedy before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for, and accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner approaches before the appropriate forum, the limitation period shall be computed, while excluding the period during which the present petition remained pending before this Hon'ble Court. It is made clear that the status quo, as it exists today, regarding
