Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“It is, therefore, most respectfully, prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased allow the writ petition with cost and directed the respondents:-

By an appropriate writ, order or direction, direct the respondents to allow to the petitioner for driving test process which is ongoing process and make 1 post vacant for petitioner on the post of DRIVER, IN "DRIVER DIRECT RECRUITMENT" 2016 IN ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DEPARTMENT.

Any other direction appropriate writ, order, which this Hon'ble Court or may deems think fit and proper be pass in favour of the petitioner.

By way of filing instant petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to allow him to appear in driving test in the ongoing selection process for appointment on the post of Driver in the Department of Animal Husbandry pursuant to the advertisement dated 01.09.2016.

At the outset it has been observed by this Court that the entire recruitment process arising out of the advertisement in question has been completed long back and all advertised posts have been filled and no posts are lying vacant. Hence, at this belated stage, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly. Stay application and all applications (pending, if any) also stand dismissed.
