Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

following prayer:-

"(a) By appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent may kindly be directed to grant One Opportunity in the normal circumstances for the running distance and period. (b) By any appropriate writ order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to participation for the further selection process in response to the advertisement. (c) By any appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Driver cum ConstabJe State Disaster Response Team Rajasthan Jaipur ..in the category of MBC in pursuance of the advertisement for District Jaipur (d) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.

(e) Cost of the writ petitioner. be also awarded in favour of the petitioner."

Contents of the writ petition indicates that the petitioner participated in the process for selection appointment on post of Constable pursuant to the advertisement dated 25.05.2018. Contents of the writ petition further indicates that due to heavy rain and due to mud on the running track, the petitioner could not qualify the physical efficiency test. By way of filing this petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to grant on more opportunity to the petitioner to appear in 'the physical efficiency test.

At the outset, it has been observed that entire selection process arising out of the aforesaid advertisement dated 25.05.2018 has already been completed and all advertised posts have been filled and no post is lying vacant. Hence, under the factual circumstances of this case, relief claimed in this petition by the petitioner cannot be entertained at this belated stage.

In view of the above, instant petition stands dismissed.
