The present transfer petition under Section 24 of CPC has been preferred by the petitioner-wife for transferring the case No. 64/2019 (Brijpal Singh Vs. Smt. Navratan Kumari) preferred by the respondent herein under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, from the Additional District & Sessions Judge Bali, Camp Desuri to the Family Court, Jodhpur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act bearing No.214/2021 preferred by the respondent is pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Bali, Camp Desuri. An application for maintenance preferred by petitioner under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. is pending before the Family Court No.1, Jodhpur Metropolitan and an application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 preferred by the petitioner is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.6,
