Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is one single injury, which was found to be simple but grievous; but at a subsequent stage, the medical board has changed its opinion.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that number of injuries were four out of which, only one was grievous, which was attributed to petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he wants to withdraw the petition qua the male members of the family, who are petitioners No.1, 3, 5 & 6, but seeks relief only for lady members of the family, who are the petitioners No.2, 4, 7, 8 & 9, as there is an apparent over implication.

Upon such submission, the present misc. petition is disposed of with liberty the petitioners No.2, 4, 7, 8 & 9 to submit their requisite bail bonds before the learned trial Court at the time of filing of the charge-sheet, which shall be accepted by the learned trial Court and the date of filing of the charge-sheet, shall be informed by the investigating officer to the said petitioners; in case they fail to do so, the learned trial court shall be free to proceed strictly in accordance with law. Further, the said petitioners shall also have a liberty to take up all their legal issues, before the learned trial Court, at appropriate stage.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
