Petitioner has preferred this criminal writ petition (parole) seeking quashing of the order passed by the District Parole Advisory Committee, Jaipur, qua the present petitioner, whereby parole application filed by the petitioner was rejected in accordance with Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021.

It is informed by learned Assistant Government Advocate that after rejection of the application, case of the present

petitioner has again been sent to the District Parole Advisory Committee, which is pending.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that since the relief claimed has become infructuous, he does not want to press the criminal writ petition (parole). The only prayer made before the Court is that appropriate Authorities be directed to dispose of the application of the present petitioner afresh which has been forwarded by the respondent(s).

In view of the fact that application seeking parole is pending before the appropriate Authorities, the present Criminal Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Authorities to dispose of the application of the present petitioner pending before them expeditiously.
