We have considered the matter.

Since application is pending before the Authorities, we deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition (parole) with a direction to the authorities to decide the application for grant of third regular parole of 40 days within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The said application be decided in accordance with Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 1958 as petitioner was convicted in the year 2019.
