The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.71/2019, PS Kotwali Bhilwada for offences under Sections 18, 353, 384, 504 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated 12.04.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police has already filed challan before the competent court. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present
misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly.
Stay application also dismissed.
