The instant Criminal Misc. Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions for expeditious trial in the Case No. 149/2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.-3, North, Kota.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that only one witness needs to be examined and the trial is at the verge of completion.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to pass any direction regarding expeditious trial.
Consequently, the instant Criminal Misc. Petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed accordingly.
