Now the next date of hearing is fixed on 13.10.2023.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
In view of limited prayer made, I deem it appropriate to direct the learned ACJM (PCPNDT, Cases), Udaipur to pass final order on the application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
The misc. petition stands disposed of accordingly.
