The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with the limited prayer that the respondents Police Authorities may be directed to lodge the FIR against the accused persons and conduct fair and impartial investigation therein.
In view of limited prayer made, the present misc. petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation before the respondents No.4—Superintendent of Police, Sirohi and No.5—SHO, PS Kotwali, Sirohi, who shall decide her representation strictly in accordance with law.
