Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dt. 03.10.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police has found the only offence under Section 506 IPC proved against accused-Laxman Singh and they are going to submit FR before the competent court so the present misc. petitions have become infructuous.
The report so submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petitions also stand dismissed.
