Petitioners Ajit Jain, Omprakash Soni and Bherushankar have preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of F.I.R. dated 13.05.2017 bearing No.190/2017 lodged in Police Station Kotwali, District Chittorgarh. It is apparent from the F.I.R. that complainant Rajendra Singhal submitted a written complaint on 12.05.2017 in Police Station, Kotwali, District Chittorgarh alleging against the petitioners Ajit Jain, Omprakash Soni and Bherushankar that they disrupted him from duties and abused him

and again on the same date petitioners Ajit Jain and Omprakash came into his office and threatened him.
Therefore, looking to the contents of the F.I.R. at this stage it cannot be said that it is a matter of abuse of process of law.
In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the petition for quashing the F.I.R. lodged against the petitioners, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed.
