Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged plot No.703 was illegally allotted to Shri Nand Kishore Gandhi, Chairman of Nagar Palika, Pokaran by the concerned Collector, Administrator Municipality and L.D.C. After thorough inquiry A.C.B., Jaisalmer has concluded that allottee Nand Kishore Gandhi fordged the documents despite knowing the fact that he is not entitled for allotment of plot. The involvement of the concerned Officers, Administrator, Ministerial staff in the allotment of land to Nandkishore Gandhi was not found. Therefore, looking to the specific report of A.C.B., Jaisalmer, I do not find any material regarding directing the A.C.B., Jaisalmer to institute a F.I.R. against the concerned officers.
In view of the above, the instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed.
