The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner-complainant with a limited prayer that the Investigating Agency may be directed to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.0471/2020 registered at Police Station Pratapnagar for offence under Sections 420, 406 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after thorough investigation, the police is going to file FR in this case so the present misc. petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition is also dismissed.
